​One of the things we love about well-written newsletters is that they're more likely to be kept on the kitchen table and read at leisure. 

NRMA Insurance.

The client required an information-based one-off retention mailer for their most loyal customers. As copywriter, I turned the job into a 4-page newsletter, featuring a personalised front page message, seasonal news and a product-based crossword.

It proved so effective, NRMA now roll it out quarterly to their entire customer base. Results: 2.9% reduction in churn, 0.5% upsell.

Owning a dog is an emotional experience. And the majority of Pedigree’s premium UK dog food customers are women over 50 who just want a little companionship. This newsletter/magazine was created and written from scratch.
