The client required an information-based one-off retention mailer for their most loyal customers. As copywriter, I turned the job into a 4-page newsletter, featuring a personalised front page message, seasonal news and a product-based crossword.
It proved so effective, NRMA now roll it out quarterly to their entire customer base. Results: 2.9% reduction in churn, 0.5% upsell.
